Identification of parts of speech

☛Rule:1

কোন word এর শেষে ness, tion, ty, sure, sion, sion, er, or, ment, th, ance, ence, ism, age, ure, ief, hood, dom, ship, cy, sy, ar, ock, kin, let থাকলে সাধারণত Noun হয়...

☛Rule:2

Article, adjective, preposition, possessive এর পর একটি মাত্র word থাকলে সেটা Noun হয়...
I walked for a while... এখানে while noun কারণ article এর পর একটি মাত্র word , while....

☛Rule:3

বাক্যে No, many, much বা ব্যক্তিবাচক object থাকলে এর পরের word টি noun হয়।
It is no joke .. এখানে joke হলো noun

☛Rule:4

কিছু Verb আছে যেগুলো মূল verb এরপর object হিসেবে বসে nounএর কাজ করে
He wants help . এখানে help - noun

☛Rule:5

Article এবং preposition এর মধ্যকার wordটি Noun হয়।
This is the go of the world. এখানে go হলো Noun...

☛Rule:6
Parts of speech এর ৮টি ভাগের প্রতিটি noun হয়।
Noun, Adjective, Pronoun এই শব্দগুলো noun

☛Rule:7
কোনো Word এর শেষে ate , en, te, ise, ize, ify etc থাকলে সাধারণত verb হয়।

☛Rule:8

শব্দের পূর্বে Em, en, de, ইত্যাদি prefix যোগে verb গঠন করা যায়।
Able-- enable

☛Rule:9

কোনো Word এর শেষে full, ous, tive, able, ar, tory, enful, ible, ic, ed, less, ar, ary, ant, ent, al, some, y, ish, ian, ate ইত্যাদি থাকলে Adjective হয়।

☛Rule:10

সাধারণত Verb এর পর adverb বসে
He came late... late adverb

☛Rule:11

সাধারণত শব্দের শেষে ly থাকলে adverb হয়। কিন্তু কিছু কিছু noun (love, home, friend, brother, father, mother, sister etc) এর ক্ষেত্রে ly যুক্ত হলে সেগুলো adverb না হয়ে adjective হয়ে যায়।
Motherly affection raise in her.এখানে Motherly হলো adjective

☛Rule:12

কোনো কোনো Word ব্যবহারভেদে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন parts of speech হিসেবে গণ্য হয়।
Oil your own machine.. oil- verb
You should honor your betters.. betters- noun
massacre- Noun & Verb

☛Rule:13

The+(verb+ing)+of এই গঠনকে Verbal Noun বলে।
The writing of a good letter is very different...

☛Rule:14

পাশাপাশি দুটি Noun এক সাথে বসলে প্রথমটি Adjective এবং দ্বিতীয়টি Noun হিসেবে কাজ করে।
This is a book of the English Language. English হলো adjective Language Noun

☛Rule:15

বাক্যের উপর অতিরিক্ত জোর প্রদান করতে যে Adverb বাক্যের শেষে বসার কথা সেটি প্রথমেই বসতে পারে এবং বাক্যের verb টি Subject এর পূর্বেই চলে আসতে পারে।

☛Rule:16

সাধারণভাবে verb এর পর complement হিসেবে adverb use করতে হয়। কিন্তু linking verb (be, become, sound, look, smell, feel, taste, stay, seem, appear, remain, go, went) এর পর adjective use করতে হয়।
The music sounds sweet. এখানে sweet adjective
He came late. এখানে late adverb

☛Rule:17

আবার Linking verbএর পর যদি adjective এবং adverb দুটিই ব্যবহৃত হয়, তাহলে প্রথমে adverb এবং পরে adjective ব্যবহৃত হবে।
Although he felt very angry, he smiled...

☛Rule:18

বাক্যে Very too এরপর word টি adjective হয়।

☛Rule:19

বাক্যে সংখ্যাবাচক শব্দগুলো এবং Possessive pronoun, Adjective হয় যদি এদের পরে Noun থাকে।
You can buy a ball pen for less than five taka... Here five is an adjective

☛Rule:20

প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্যে Wh-word এরপর Noun থাকলে Wh-word টি Adjective হয়।

☛Rule:21

Hyphenated adjectives:একাধিক noun হাইফেন দ্বারা যুক্ত হলে এগুলো adjective হিসেবে কাজ করে এবং তাদেরকে hyphenated adjective বলে । এগুলোর সাথে কোনসময় s/es/s যুক্ত হয়না। তবে মাঝে মাঝে পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নে হাইফেন না ও থাকতে পারে , কিন্তু নিয়ম ঠিক থাকবে

☛Rule:22

Adjective ending with -ed and ing :কিছু কিছু ed / ing যুক্ত verb, adjective হিসেবে কাজ করে। এদের verbal adj বলে
I helped a drowning man .

☛Rule:23

Verb+ing(gerund), to+ base form of verb ( infintive ) বাক্যেও subject /object হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে।
Walking is a good exercise.
